Hello!
This is my first, brief entry. I will be posting as Mark is probed, sliced, diced, scattered smothered and covered. Can you tell we have been at Waffle House lately? No one will be scattering or any of those things to Mark, as long as I am around. I am off to cook our pre-PET dinner and will be back to post tomorrow.

Eco Fitness had a 90 minute Spin for Cure class this morning. Every peddle stroke I made was sending you energy to prepare for Tuesday.
I am running in the the Race for Cure in the morning. Every step I take will again be sending you courage, power, strength and lots of love. By the way, looking cute in that gown.
